A VALID DOCUMENT
ID or DRIVING LICENSE or PASSPORT
For NON-UE Citizen PASSPORT is mandatory
SECURITY DEPOSIT
OPTION 1: Leave your DOCUMENT at the shop
OPTION 2: Leave 50 € per BIKE by cash
(100 € E-Bike and TREK Bike)
If you prefer to pay the security deposit by card, a fee of 1 € will be applied and it may take 5 or 7 business day for the refund.
Cancellation Policy
FREE OF CHARGE
Up to 48 hours before your arrival. Just send us an email at info@bikeinmindvalencia.com
For No-Show or late cancellations the deposit will not be refunded.
